 Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Shift Leader in cooking and delivering high quality meals in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the quality / freshness of ingredients and follows standard recipes.
  • Operates kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Contributes to maintaining costs within budget and minimum waste.
  • Ensures that kitchen equipment, utensils and surfaces are sanitized.
  • Saves energy with the correct use of machinery.
  • Comply with HACCP and food safety regulations and guidelines.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4 – 5 star hotel or a well established restaurant.
  • Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Good knowledge of English Language.
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Good communication skills and ability to be part of a team to reach common goals.

Overview:

Golden Bay Beach Hotel is currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic Hall Porter to be part in a collaborative work environment.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Welcomes the guests upon arrival and leads them to have a sit in order to perform the check-in procedure.
  • Transports the luggage of the guests upon their arrival and departure.
  • Well informed about the activities that take place at the hotel in a given day.
  • In correspondence with the Reception staff, arranges taxis for guests’ transfers.
  • Watches over the hotel parking area.
  • Be able to explain to the guests how to use the climate control system, TV, electricity, etc.

Duties

  • Good knowledge of booking procedures and system
  • Follow customer arrivals and departures
  • Keep up to date with all room types and rates, as well as information on services and facilities of hotel
  • Kindly respond to the telephones calls and requests

Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of Russian, German or other language will be considered an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage

The Golden Bay Beach Hotel is seeking to employ an enthusiastic Reservations Officer to be part in a collaborative work environment.

 Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer phone calls and providing information about rates, availability and the various hotel facilities.
  • Able to learn the various rooms types and location of each room.
  • Use efficiently the reservations software and other platforms for booking rooms.
  • Knowledge of our rating policy to individuals, tour operators, corporate and
  • Handles emails and responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Input and update reservations from all booking channels, ensuring that all relevant information is included in the booking and that any special requests or requirements are communicated to relevant departments.
  • Communicating with the Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager about any matters and following their guidance and instructions.
  • Follow up with the Reception leader about the arrivals and that rooms are prepared on time.
  • Assists with Reception procedures and checking in and out when needed.
