Golden Bay Beach Hotel Terms & Conditions
Currency/ Room Rate
The official currency for Cyprus is the Euro (€).
All room rates quoted include current Service Charge, Municipality tax and Value Added Tax.
Credit Card Policy
Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged when you check out from the hotel unless otherwise stated on the selected room rate/package.
For prepaid reservations, please note that the credit card used for payment should be present during check in. Upon arrival, in order to validate the credit card, 0.01 cent is taken as payment, which is then returned to you in cash.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours of the expected arrival, no cancellation fees apply. You will be charged one night cancellation fee if you will cancel after 72 hours and before your arrival. In case of no show the full amount of reservation will be chargeable to the credit card given.
For early departures, fees are applied according to the conditions of the room booked.
Check in / Check out
Check in: Rooms are assigned after 14:00 hrs on the arrival date. In the event of arrivals before 14:00 hrs, you must pay for an additional night if you wish to have a room at your disposition. Rooms may be given to you earlier that 14:00 hrs without additional charge, subject to availability on the time of arrival. Note that breakfast is not included in this case on the 1st day.
Check out: Should you wish to guarantee your late check out in advance; extra night can be booked with applicable 100% charges.
Subject to availability on departure date late check out can be confirmed with the following additional charges:

By 4 pm – €20 By 4 pm – €40
By 6 pm – €40 By 6 pm – €60
Children aged up to 12 years old:
One child sharing parents’ room, stays free of charge on Bed and Breakfast Basis.
Meal supplements discount: € 50%
All Inclusive Terms
All inclusive basis starts at 14:00hrs on the arrival day and finishes at 12:00hrs (mid-day) on the day of departure. All inclusive status is valid during opening hours of each department.
One drink allowance per person on each order applies.
Mini Bar items are not included in all inclusive Terms.
All alcoholic drinks are offered only to adults over 18 years of age.
Room service is not included in all inclusive Terms

The Golden Bay Hotel respects the personal data of its customers and associates. The Hotel maintains your personal data for the purpose of communicating and maintaining your cooperation with you and for its legal obligations.
We inform you that your personal data is being collected for the purposes of performing our contractual obligations and legal liability. These data will also be used for registration and communication purposes with you, and such data will be retained only for the time required. We also assure you that your personal data is processed and managed in a secure and confidential manner and is subject to relevant provisions of the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016. Please furthermore inform that you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
Right to information
When someone collects information about you, they should tell you about their identity and why they need them. It should inform you of the persons to whom this information will be given and to let you know that you have the possibility to receive copies of any information that may be kept and relevant to you.
Accuracy of data
You may request to correct or update your personal information at any time by contacting us. Include your name, and email address when you contact us, as this helps us ensure that we only accept changes by the right person. We encourage you to inform us immediately in the event of a change of your personal information.
Right of access
You have the right to request and receive a copy of your personal information that we maintain in our records. This right may be limited if and if the fulfillment of your request involves the disclosure of Personal Data regarding another person.
Right to Restrict the Processing of Your Personal Data
You may object to the processing of your Personal Data in some cases (especially when we do not need to process the data for a contractual or other legal requirement or where we use the direct marketing data). Note that you will always be able to remove your consent.
Right to delete your Personal Information
At any time you may request to delete your data from our records when you remove your consent to the processing of such data and there is no other legal basis for the processing. The right cannot be exercised when the retention of data is necessary for law purposes or the processing is necessary, inter alia, for archiving purposes in the public interest, for purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes.
Right to Transmit (Portability) of Your Personal Data
You have the ability to transmit your personal data which is in electronic form from one controller to another “no objection” since the exercise of this right does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties. This right facilitates your ability to easily move copy or transfer personal data from one computer environment to another.
