Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us and we have taken extra precautionary measures and set up new procedures in our daily operations. In addition to this we would like to announce that our hotel is checked and certified by NSF for COVID-19 Controls. NSF an independent, global organization committed to protecting and improving human health and safety.
We would like to announce the following changes in our operation:
• Mini bar service: all mini bars in the rooms can be used as mini fridges. A minibar service will be available on request.
• The gym will be available upon request.
Moreover, the following services and facilities will not be available, or may open at a later stage:
• Kid’s club.
• Animation programme.
• Turning down service.
Travelers can be kept up-to-date with the latest developments and informed by:
a. A dedicated email address has been set up by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism for this purpose at travel2020@visitcyprus.com.
b. All relevant information will also be made available on the websites visitcyprus.com and cyprusflightpass.gov.cy.
